Yes it has been horrible to hear how much devistation your country has been through. I am glad that your family was safe. I work witha multi cultural bunch of people & some of them are Philipinos. We have been rasing money at work to send back to help those who have lost everything.

well the big one really hit us the hardest. almost reached our home. good thing we live in the upper part of the house. at least. though there were some damages. we're still lucky bcoz we dont live in that area where tons of damages happened. it was really one of the lowest points here. we experience storms but that one, WOW. the last time we experienced that kind of flood was when i was a kid. i was pretty shocked. really? oh u have friends who are Filipinos then? ^_^
