oh gosh.. i have done the same thing over and over.. before the trailers came out i kept telling my non-twilight friends "Trust me, it's gonna be awesome. they have a much bigger budget." and i was just secretly hoping that it really was going to be awesome... then the trailers came out and i was so happy to be like "SEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!" to everyone i know.. LOL
i really think it has changed some peoples minds about twilight and the whole saga, even if they won't admit it... i mean, i can get my boyfriend to watch the trailer with me, and he actually seems to somewhat enjoy it! i wouldn't be surprised if more fans come out of the woodwork after NM.. just wait. suddenly there will be tons of new people on this site! haha
And yeah, it will be interesting to see if there are heaps of new ppl on here in second half of November...

with that said, i think the action they have added to this movie (with the volturi parts especially) might actually make the movie BETTER than the book. and i love the book.

anyway--the thing i was most excited about was how much BETTER jake's CG wolf looks. i'd say paul's wolf looks much better now too, but it's just that we saw jake's wolf at the end of may, and to see how much more real they've made him look in that time (teeth, detailed fur, truly scary growling) makes me so happy.
i took a screen cap of them side by side and the difference is astonishing. he also doesn't look so red...but still russet. upgrade.
ps--if i slapped a marble statue, i probably wouldn't break my hand. if i punched it out of anger, yes.

I dunno I looked at the two Jacob wolves side by side, and I thought the first one looked better. Maybe its just because I didnt see the second one in HD.
i've never been a wolf girl (obviously) but just looking at a wolf pack guy in any capacity almost always does nothing for me on my "shamwow-o-meter". i've started to wonder if something's wrong with me, and then i look at the VF or GQ pics of rob and KNOW nothing's wrong with me. haha!
i need to know someone's personality, humor, quirks, etc in order to feel an attraction to them. a shirtless hot body doesn't get me cause i need to see the substance behind it. i gues that's why i like rob. all his interviews last year made me go lady gaga for him before he even took off a stitch of clothes. ;)

The drama of pitting two actors against each other is annoying and irritating and distracts from the fact that they are freaking HOT.

Ahem. Despite how amazing this clip is AND the CG, I have to say I'm quite bothered. Some of you have already voiced concerns over the slap/punch, Bella's lack of reaction to it and Paul's overreaction to it and what this means for Eclipse when Bella punches Jacob. Bigger than that, I thought that Sam was a bit out of character (someone else mentioned this) I would've expected him to phase, deliver his Alpha edict and stand between paul and Bella- you know, until Jake came along ;).
Some 'protectors'. I think you're right- maybe the screenwriter did have a little too much fun. But isn't SM closely involved?
Maybe we can chalk it up to the fact that we've only seen glimpses into NM and there's a possibility that they changed JUST enough to make it work and allow enough flow into Eclipse and we won't be too disappointed. You know- the whole book by the cover thing. Still, I don't like too much deviation from the original........

i am going to live in my old home. i use to live in Brussels for 2 years until i finished high school. so going back to the roots LOL. my parents stil live there so going to live with them for a while . it's going to be strange living with them again. diffrent lives already.

I know what you mean going back living with your parents again. When I was 17 yrs old I went to live with my sister for a while, since it was much closer to the school I went to back then. When I started studying at University my sister moved to a different town so I had to get back and live with my parents… It really took some time getting used to, cause I already spent so much time on my own, being independent and making my own choices, and you know when you live with your parents they tend to set the rules…
London will be the perfect place to go to… I really really hope for your sake some of the cast are going to be there.
You know what it’s like then, having an old dog… My dog turns 13 on January 1st. I love her to bits but she is somewhat of a burden, since we don’t get to go out anymore and do stuff we want to cause we have to take care of her and she can’t be home alone for a very long time.
Haha… I think I will glue my butt to the cinema seat with super glue, so when the usher comes to get me I can just shrug and say: No can’t do… unless you want me to take my pants off… And we don’t want indecent exposure now, do we?? I only take my pants off for Rob on a rug… LOL! Sorry… random…
I am so effing looking forward to watching NM now, I have to admit I’ve seen all the new clips and the break up scene was just… heart-wrenching… I had a huge lump in my throat watching it… and it’s so close to the book!! And I am so freaking glad that the one line we wanted to hear, made it to the final cut! Rob and Kristen both nailed it. You feel their pain...the agony… the heartache… and when he finally kisses her goodbye I think my heart faltered … Chris is my new hero!!

And as for the whole how come her hand didn't break when she hit Paul.... this is what I think - perhaps after Paul and Jacob settle the score we will see that Bella's hand is broken, or bruised or something, that way when she punched Jacob in Eclipse it makes sense that she broke it..... and since it is a slap instead of a punch perhaps that is the reason her hand didn't break..... now this is only a glimpse of the scene, so I think it is still possible that her hand could be hurt someway or another..... now if it isn't.... then perhaps in Eclipse there might be a scene that is like punching a werewolf can cause damage, but slapping doesn't? IDK though.... either way I am sure New Moon will be awesome! and I can't wait!

So, stupid question I know, but how EXCITED are you for the movie's official release.
I'm practically going INSANE over here, it feels like we've been waiting a lifetime.

I'm trying to get as much feedback as possible.
It's been really positive so far, which is a great feeling for me.
I take pride in my work, I've always been like that, but even more so when it comes to design.
Incase you were wondering, I'm a Product Design, Graphic & Animation graduate.
It's been something I've always been able to excel it, I'm not even sure the reason for it, I think it just comes down to my commitment & determination to be better everyday.
There may be a lot of things that I can't do that well, like everybody, but fortunately for me, design isn't one of them.
My aim is to eventually pursue a career over where you're in the states, probably California or Chicago, because apart from Tokyo they're like the design capitals.
It's also been my ambition to start a career in the US and settle down and have a new life.
I could really see myself living over there permanently. As soon as I can get things sorted here in the UK, the first thing I'm going to do is go over there and seriously look into pursuing a career in design and living over there permanently.
The only thing that's hard for me @ the moment, excluding family issues, is that I have a close relationship with my family, especially my sister who's 2 years older than me and I know it would be really hard for me to cut the ties.
I know, I'll have to do it, but it ain't going to be easy.

Hmm This movie might be turning me more towards Team Jacob now...
I know alot of people are kind of freaking out at the fact that Bella doesnt break her hand in this new clip today.
However, I think it's possible that we don't necessarily know that.
She is probably so shocked by what is happening to Paul that no pain is even noticable yet.
Other theory... she did only slap him. SLapping and punching are totally different. Think about it... you can slap a rock, and your hand will glide over the surface and yes it will hurt, but then try punching the rock. Totally different story.
Stop worrying my friends. It's all going to be okay.
P.S. I love that we all pick out these little details. I think thats why the cast works as hard as they do :)
