What an incredible gift we've been given as fans to have him play Carlisle! He clearly is such a fan of the books and movies, and takes this so seriously, we couldn't ask for anything more from him.
I'm so impressed with his dedication and attitude towards the role, I love the fact that he won't trot out the character at the drop of a hat, that it's complex enough for him that it requires thought and preparation.
And what a great line! I must admit, it's not one that stood out to me when I read the book, but I can't wait to see what PFach does with it on film, I'm sure it will be a great little moment made all the better because we know the backstory.
Great job saving this line from MR's epic failings as a scriptwriter, Peter! And kudos to CW for being secure enough to take suggestions from his cast!
He is so dedicated to the role of Carlisle and he keeps the fans happy!
I was so happy with the choice of P-Fach, he was exactly how I imagined Carlisle.
Plus the twitter I picture I saw of him trying to stay pale, now thats dedication for you! :)

Back on topic, I'm glad PFach is our Carlisle. Love that he is a people person and brings so much fun within his interactions with us. This is an awesome cast.

I had never seen this interview, but it is awesome! I completely cracked up when he wanted to be Bella, and then read it backwards, and then said Bella's lines in such a girly voice! Priceless!
There's so many things I'm excited to see from that trailer: Jane and Aro looking evil, the Edward/Felix fight, the Laurent death scene, Paul phasing in front of Bella, Jake being all sweet, and on and on and on! I can't wait!!!!!

I don't mind they're showing this much in the trailer. (I understand what you're saying though) My reasoning: full trailers are supposed to show a good glimpse at what the entire movie is about........not just flashes of random scenes. The only reason the very first trailer only showed the bday scene and Jacob phasing was because that's all they had completed at the time......and it was even rushed. This is really "THE trailer" =)
Totally gonna show my foolishness but.. was there a fight scene in New Moon? at the end.. doesn't Rob just push him? uh *feels bad for not remembering New Moon*...
I am very happy with the trailer :) Too bad the only person who shares my excitement is at work all day.. so I can't even celebrate properly.
My sister wants to see New Moon! but she makes fun of me every time I try to talk about it..*sigh*. where are all the Twilight lovers here?
That trailer got be REALLY excited!!!!!! It surpassed all my expectations! I really think Kristen is going to blow us away in this one. Ugh - my only real life Twilight friend is not as into day-by-day updates on the films as I am. haha. She will be seeing this movie with me more than once!! :D
Wasn't felix the one flirting with Bella? Winking at her and such. Maybe that is what happened..or maybe when Jane was attacking Edward.. bella went to get him and felix stopped her. .which upset eddie?

The 2nd time I read New Moon, I could handle the Jacob & Bella parts better while Edward was gone. I still tried to fly through it though.
when I get to the part where Alice comes back to Forks - I pretty much read until Bella reunites with Edward. Need to make sure they are back together before I put the book down. haha.

I don't think the Edward/Felix fight was that intense at all in the book, but that's a change I'm not minding, I'm gonna be on the edge of my seat!
Another addition I'm digging--the little glimpse of one of the bad vamps (Laurent I think?) jumping from the tree behind Charlie in the woods. Chilling!
Ohhhh, I didn't know who that was jumping out of the trees.......I thought it was one of the Quilete boys.....bc Charlie was bear/wolf searching. But I think you're right about it being Laurent.

Thanks for that! I know what you mean, i am so excited to see the new trailer but it does kinda give alot away..especially that fight between edward and felix. Obviously its a new scene so i think they should have kept it hidden so the fans wouldnt expect it. I know I certainly wouldnt!
